About John Fisher's Marina

John Fisher's Marina is owned and operated by a father/son partnership. as a child, John Fisher worked the docks of the Great Lakes as a gopher for any sailor who needed an extra hand. many days, John earned mere pennies for his toil in the sun. Other days, he was able to take home a few fish for his mother to fry.
It was on those docks that john had his training as a mechanic, a sailor, and a salesman. year after year, season after season, John made a living, first for himself, then, for he and his young wife, and then for an entire family.
Forty one years ago, John Sr., began providing professional services in order to go beyond being a simple boat-hand. he charged a nominal fee to his customers who often spoke in the neighborhood about johns work. One could be overheard saying that John was worth at least twice his service fee.
By the water of Lake Erie, John Sr., trained his only son John-John who had a natural knack for all things having to do with boats.

Together, with a staff of 6, they are John Fisher's Marina. they believe in hard, honest work and their work is their testament.
